Booking Instructions (existing clients)

NEW CLIENTS: Email me with a brief overview of your difficulties prior to booking your first appointment (admin@drvictoriaross.co.uk). Please indicate how you are funding your appointments (e.g. self-funding or insurance).

EXISTING CLIENTS: Book single or multiple appointments to secure your time slots. The clinic gets very busy so I recommend you book in advance and appointments can be changed/cancelled at a later date if needed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 48 hour cancellation policy at the clinic, therefore, if you are unable to attend this appointment for whatever reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that you will be charged 100% of the fee for all non-attended appointments that are not cancelled, and those cancelled within 48 hours.
